I'm interested in learning more about companies that use big data to guide clinical decision-making.
Currently, I analyze large high-throughput sequencing datasets, namely RNA-seq and ChIP-seq. I am familiar with working in a linux environment using bash and python scripting on a computing cluster. As such, I also have experience with resource allocation programs like Slurm and HTCondor. For downstream genomic analysis, I have lots of experience with base R and various R-packages (DESeq2, EdgeR, Ballgown, ggplot2, etc.). I have also used a variety of other programs that are involved with processing large datasets (transfer, QC, analysis, and presentation).
