But an early stint as a tech headhunter for Oracle corporation alerted Dave to the challenge of helping recruit and employ programmers from overseas. Dave was the cofounding CFO, and later President, of LiveIntent, where he helped take the pre-revenue pivot to $100 million in annual revenue and expanded it to the UK, where he learned more about visas and immigation than he expected.
